Photo Analysis:
In the contemporary photo below, Jingna has chosen to feature a woman dressed entirely in black with eerily white face paint, the background appears to be a summer forest. The colouring of this photo is fantastic, the greens, whites and blues mesh together beautifully, the contrast levels are truly unique as well. Framing-wise this photo is perfectly well done as well, with the main feature framed slightly to the right. The meaning in the photo is powerful, the artist wants the viewer to feel the story and the emotion within the frame. In this case the theme is death, and nature.

Photo Analysis
In the photo below a model is seen posing for the photographer. The photo is black and white, this gives it an ageless feel. Framing-wise the photograph is very well positioned, the model's face is framed so that it sits nicely near the edge of the frame. The lighting is well done, there aren't any problems with the brightness levels. The imagery connotes high levels of emotion, the woman features appears vacant and attractive both.
